May 9th

 Today in class we went into a commonlit to finish reading the rest of the story “A Rose For Emily” and to answer twelve questions which we did as a class. Someone in the class would be chosen at random to read a paragraph and we would talk about it a bit. Once we were done reading the story and answering all of the questions we watched a short film that was 28 minutes long that was on the story 

May 7th

 Today in class we read part 2 of the story that we started reading yesterday. Once we were finished reading we had to answer eight questions that would ask about what certain quotes in the story meant and why Emily’s father didn’t let her get married and how it would affect her once he died and she got the house 

May 6th

 Today in class we had to go into canvas so that we could start our work. It was a story called “A Rose for Emily”. We had nine people read the first part of the story and then once we finished we had to answer seven questions that was due at the end of the day. The questions would ask about the importance of emily’s dad’s death, why she wasn’t made to pay taxes, and then other questions asked to analyze the way they talk about emily
